We are pleased to announce that Allcat Claims Service will represent TWIA/TFPA in all their markets for both Daily and Catastrophe Claims.
Please ensure we have your Texas Residence License and TWIA/TFPA Certification on file so you are eligible to receive claims.  If you have not completed a TWIA/TFPA Certification course in 2013 or 2014, online courses are now available through 2021 Training.  Below is link to the training website and a summary of the available Certification courses:

2021Training has partnered with Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA) as their exclusive provider for online adjuster certifications.
Description: 2021Training.com exclusive provider of TWIA annual certifications online

As an adjuster, you will need to have these certifications prior to adjusting any claims for TWIA. They are registered with the Texas Department of Insurance for CE credits. These licenses renew annually which is a recent change.  Your certification will be valid for one year from the date of completion.  You do not need both certifications.  Please select the appropriate one for the type of claims you will be adjusting.
Please notify Allcat Claims Service after you have completed the certification at staff@allcatclaims.com
